Our Mission: Promoting Awareness and Understanding of Mental Health Disorders
Our goal is to foster greater awareness of mental health disorders in society and contribute to a deeper understanding of these conditions. This mission is especially important to us because mental health is still a topic shrouded in stigma and misconceptions—largely due to a lack of knowledge. We strive to ensure that mental health issues are discussed with the same openness as physical health, whether in public or private settings. Together, we aim to lay the foundation for a future free of stigma for individuals with mental health conditions.
All contributors to the “Mind the Mind” initiative are volunteers. We are proud to dedicate our time and energy to this meaningful cause.

Our Workshops
In our workshops, we provide a safe and open environment to engage participants in discussions about mental health disorders—voluntarily and on an equal footing. The workshop materials have been developed in collaboration with experienced psychologists, and the sessions are conducted by trained psychology students. Our goal is to combine theoretical input with interactive discussions to break down stigmas surrounding mental health disorders and encourage meaningful dialogue on the subject.
