For students;

Have you been to one of our workshops and would like to read up on something or are you generally looking for information about our initiative? Then you’ve come to the right place on our website.

We, from the Mind the Mind Initiative, are psychology students from all over the world and have made it our mission to combat the negative stigma surrounding mental disorders.

To do this, we offer workshops at your schools – free of charge and tailored to you and your interests. We want to talk to you about how to recognise a mental disorder, how to deal with it and what help is available.
We do this in a safe environment where you can talk openly about your experiences and questions.

Here you will find tips and information on the topics of ‘Helping yourself’ and ‘Helping others’. On these pages, we have compiled helpful tips and contact points that you can turn to with your concerns.

Helping Others

Helping yourself

The participation of each individual in the workshop is voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable with a topic, you can leave the room at any time accompanied by your teacher. Your teacher is available at any time in another room. If you have any further questions or concerns about our initiative, please take a look at our FAQs.
