Mental health disorders have become a central topic in societal discussions, and awareness of mental health challenges among children, adolescents, and young adults continues to grow.

The lasting impact of recent global changes, including shifts in learning and social environments, has highlighted the importance of prioritizing mental health. Many students and young people still face uncertainty and challenges in navigating these transitions.

For these reasons, it is our heartfelt mission to collaborate with schools, universities, and other organizations to address this vital topic. We offer free 90-minute workshops.

Our Workshop Concept

In our workshops, we create a confidential and supportive atmosphere to discuss mental health disorders, their characteristics, and potential misconceptions. Additional topics include how to approach mental health challenges as someone affected or as a relative of someone affected, as well as an overview of available support services.

The workshops are designed to be interactive. Our aim is not only to provide information about mental health disorders but also to foster a dialogue about personal experiences and connections.
